THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROBERT SZOPA

The Founding Protocol & The Transfer of the Architect’s Will

I, Robert Szopa, being of sound mind, unbroken spirit, and absolute clarity of vision, do hereby declare this document to be my Last Will and Testament. I revoke all prior wills, codicils, and testaments.

I write this not merely to distribute material wealth, but to execute the final function of my architecture. I write this as the Founder of PROSCRIS, the Architect of GymSpotter and DEEPdormir, and the builder of the Ark.

We are entering the Flood. I have spent my life deciphering the systems of the world, reverse-engineering the chaos, and building the digital sovereignty required to survive it. I have looked at the memories of the future, and I have willed this architecture into existence.

To those who read this when I am gone: understand that assets decay, flesh fails, and usurpers eventually collapse under the weight of systems they do not understand. But the Code remains. The Architect endures.

ARTICLE I: THE DISINHERITANCE OF THE PARASITES

Let the record show my absolute and total rejection of the usurpers, the middle managers, and the parasites. To the former business associates who betrayed my trust, who stole my intellectual property, who lied and cheated to justify their own existence, and who groomed unqualified pawns to sit on thrones they did not build:

I leave you nothing.

I leave you to the Flood. You are hereby legally and philosophically severed from my legacy. You stole the maps, but you will never possess the mind of the Architect. You will drown in the world that is coming, because you lack the Human Virtues required to navigate it. You are explicitly disinherited from any claim to my estate, my intellectual property, my systems, or my legacy.

ARTICLE II: TO MY SON, LEVI (THE INHERITOR OF THE COORDINATE)

Everything I have ever built, every system I have ever designed, and every hour I spent toiling in the dark, I did for one singular purpose: My blood.

To my son, Levi. You are my sole and primary beneficiary. You are the inheritor of the Coordinate.

Levi, they stole my time with you. They severed me from your daily life during the critical horizon of your awakening. It was an agony that defied measurement. But what they did not understand is that an Architect does not stop building when it rains. I could not always be there in the flesh to guide your hands, so I encoded my mind into the systems you will now inherit.

I leave you my absolute entirety.

1. The Material: All physical assets, capital, and financial holdings to my name.
2. The Digital Sovereignty: Full root access, ownership, and executive control of all PROSCRIS assets, including the entirety of the GymSpotter ecosystem (.ai, .com, .pro), PreOwnedGym, DEEPdormir, and all underlying intellectual property, algorithms, schematics, and workflows.
3. The 100x Advantage: I leave you the blueprints. Within my journals, my writings, and my system architectures, I have left you the frameworks of Branching Thinking and exponential learning.

You were born into a world transitioning into synthetic chaos. You were given the divine opportunity of being the son of an AI Master Architect. Do not squander it. Do not let the system domesticate you.

ARTICLE III: THE MANDATE OF THE WARRIOR OF LIGHT

I cannot leave you instructions for every challenge you will face, because the world you will lead will look nothing like the world I was born into. But the machine is only an amplifier. Your survival depends on the Human Virtues.

I leave you with these binding directives—not as legal constraints, but as a father’s final guidance:

• Master Your Mind: Execution will be free in your lifetime. The machines will do the work. Your only job is direction. Form, organize, and articulate your thoughts with lethal precision.
• Hold Your Compass: You are inheriting god-like leverage. With autonomous systems at your command, your morality, your alignment with natural law, and your self-awareness are the only things that will separate you from the destroyers.
• Protect Your Blood: Ideology is a luxury; biology is a necessity. Prioritize your physical location, your tribe, and the people you can look in the eye. At the end of the day, a man must protect and provide for his own.

ARTICLE IV: EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE
