The Position

Digital Marketing & Creative Lead.
This Is My Application.

TopFoxx has an open listing for a Digital Marketing & Creative Lead in Midwood, Brooklyn. I am applying for it. Rather than submit a resume describing what I could do, I built the thing first and documented the strategy behind it. This playbook is that submission.

Position

Digital Marketing & Creative Lead

Location

Midwood, Brooklyn
~10 min commute for me

Structure

On-site, hybrid after 6 months

Scope

Own marketing for the entire company

The Two Non-Negotiables — Addressed Directly

“A marketing and creative genius who knows how to sell.” — Fifteen years marketing high-ticket commercial equipment, where you cannot lean on impulse or volume. Years of manual Photoshop work underneath three years of AI-assisted production, which is what makes the output good rather than generic.

“You build a high-performing team and hold it accountable.” — I currently serve as Head of Marketing for several companies simultaneously. That is only possible because I build the systems that execute, then direct them. The listing asks for someone who does more with a lean budget. That is the entire premise of how I work.

On the “Deliberately Lean” Starting Compensation

The listing is candid that the base is intentionally lean with performance-based upside. I read that as a company that wants to pay for results rather than titles, and I agree with the logic. I would rather be measured on what I produce. The specifics are a conversation for the interview, not this document.

Built, Live, and Deployed

I Built It Before Anyone Asked.

Several months ago I built a full AI-powered virtual try-on application for TopFoxx on my own time, because I would rather show the work than describe it. It is live right now. Before reading further, go use it.

A customer uploads a selfie and the AI renders any frame in your catalog onto their own face in roughly twenty seconds. It is not AR and it is not a filter — it is generative rendering of the actual frame.

The app runs headless. It pulls product data live from the Shopify API, presents it inside a fully custom interface, then hands off to Shopify checkout when the customer is ready. Checkout is the only page Shopify needs to own — which is why the app carries none of the telltale Shopify signatures that every competitor in this category has.

Two Different Pages, Two Different Purposes

topfoxx.app/about is the public-facing page, written for customers.

The strategy, design decisions, and technical architecture behind the app — the depth this playbook intentionally does not cover — is documented separately at proscris.com/playbooks/topfoxx-app.

TopFoxx AI Try-On

Upload a selfie. Try on any frame. See it on your own face.

One Thing Worth Flagging

Because it pulls from the Shopify API dynamically, this works with any Shopify store — not just TopFoxx. That means TopFoxx could white-label it and sell it to other Shopify brands needing an AI try-on solution. It is a separate revenue stream sitting inside something already built.

The Revenue Case

Why $1M+?
Here Is the Math.

This isn't a number pulled from thin air. It's based on what this system is engineered to do — and the compounding effect of each component working in concert with the others.

🔄 Superior Feedback Loop

Customer uploads selfie → sees herself in frames → feels confident → converts. This engine will outsell your current website because it solves the core problem: uncertainty before purchase.

📱 Viral Knock-On Effects

Every try-on is shareable. Customer shares to Instagram → friends see → they try the app. Organic, compounding growth that requires no additional ad spend.

↩️ Reduced Returns

When customers see exactly how frames look before buying, return rates drop dramatically. That's protected margin on every single sale across the entire catalog.

🗄️ Data Intelligence

Every interaction teaches us what customers want. This data feeds product development, marketing, and inventory — turning customer behavior into competitive advantage.

Combined Projected Annual Impact

$1M+

Over a 12–18 month window from deployment

The Philosophy

Why I Built This.

Jim Rohn said something that shaped how I think about work: “We don't help the needy, we help the deserving.” Need is common; deservingness is rare. Deservingness comes from character, from ambition, and from the work already put in.

I'm not here to pitch a service or seek compensation. I'm here because I've observed what you've built with TopFoxx — the years of dedication, the persistence through challenges, the commitment to your vision — and I believe that kind of effort deserves access to the systems that can help it scale.

Why This Proposal Exists

My work at Proscris is about elegant, intelligent design — creating systems that feel intuitive, work beautifully, and give founders the space to step back from the chaos and focus on what matters most. This proposal is a strategic roadmap designed to save you hours every week and unlock growth you may not have known was possible.

The Three Pillars of Transformation

AI Virtual Try-On

Bridging the digital and physical gap using AI image generation that renders frames onto any selfie with photorealistic accuracy. Your customers see exactly how they'll look — before they buy.

Intelligent Segmentation

Moving from “blasts” to conversations. Treating every customer as an individual through automated, quiz-driven data. Mass personalization at scale — without the manual effort.

Emotional AI

A support system that doesn't just answer questions, but understands nuance and context — available 24/7 with consistent quality and perfect memory of every customer interaction.

The Technology

AI-Powered Virtual Try-On.
Not a Filter. Not AR. Something Better.

To honor the promise of “The Most Face-Flattering Sunglasses,” customers need tools for verification. This system helps them become confident in their choice before they commit — eliminating the uncertainty that kills conversions.

The Technology Behind It

This is not AR. This is not a filter. This is AI image generation trained specifically on your product catalog. When a customer uploads a selfie, the AI analyzes their facial structure, lighting conditions, and perspective — then generates a photorealistic rendering of how each frame would actually appear on their face. Shadows fall correctly. Reflections look natural. The result is indistinguishable from a real photograph.

The system pulls directly from your Shopify store — every frame, every color variant, every angle. Customers simply take a selfie (or upload an existing photo), and within seconds they can see themselves wearing any pair in your catalog.

  • Photorealistic Rendering — AI generates true-to-life images, not cartoonish overlays
  • Any Photo Works — Selfie, professional headshot, casual snapshot — the AI adapts
  • Built-In Virality — Customers can share their try-ons directly to social media
  • Seamless Checkout — Add to cart and complete purchase on your official site
  • Shopify Native — Catalog syncs automatically, no manual product uploads required

Designed to Impress

I designed this app with a specific aesthetic vision — modern, elegant, sleek. Every detail was crafted to capture the sophistication of the TopFoxx brand. The experience itself should feel like trying on luxury.

This level of care reflects how I approach work that matters — demonstrating value through execution rather than just words.

The Business Case

Why Virtual Try-On Changes
the Conversion Equation.

Sunglasses are a uniquely personal purchase. Fit, style, and face-shape compatibility have historically required physical try-on to resolve. Removing that barrier attacks cart abandonment on the front end and returns on the back end simultaneously.

↑20–30%

Conversion Lift

Published benchmarks for virtual try-on in eyewear cluster at a 15–30% conversion improvement, with eyewear outperforming most categories because frame appearance is so visual.

↓25–35%

Return Rate Reduction

Visual confidence before purchase correlates directly to post-purchase satisfaction. Every avoided return is margin recovered rather than revenue reprocessed.

UGC

Organic Distribution

The built-in share mechanic rewards customers with free shipping for sharing their try-on — turning existing buyers into an acquisition channel and lowering CAC on every visitor they bring.

The Warby Parker Parallel — With an AI Advantage

Warby Parker proved that eliminating purchase uncertainty unlocks dramatic scale, using physical home try-on to do it. TopFoxx would use AI — no shipping logistics, no damage risk, no inventory tied up in try-on kits. The same principle at digital speed, with data advantages physical try-on can never provide.

A Note on These Numbers

These are industry benchmark ranges, not promises. The mechanism is well established; the magnitude depends on traffic quality, adoption rate, and prominence of the tool. I'd rather set a measurable baseline in week one and report against it than quote a number I can't defend.

Data Intelligence

The Algorithmic Stylist.
Guided Discovery at Scale.

A quiz is not just data collection — it's a conversation that makes the customer feel understood. We replace static catalog browsing with active, guided discovery that speaks to each person individually and narrows the entire catalog down to their perfect three matches.

Identity Capture

Moving beyond basic demographics to understand the whole customer:

  • Facial Topology — Round, Square, Heart, Oval
  • Aesthetic Archetype — Bold, Classic, Minimalist
  • Lifestyle Context — Beach, Career, Active, Everyday
  • Functional Needs — “My hair gets tangled” → Tangle-Free

The Recommendation Logic

The system filters the entire catalog down to the top 3 matches. This reduces “choice paralysis” — a primary cause of bounce rates and abandoned carts.

Instead of overwhelming customers with 70+ options, we present the three frames most likely to make them feel confident. That's the difference between browsing and buying.

Learning from Every Interaction

Every quiz completion tells you more about the market than a thousand passive pageviews. If 60% of users identify as “Beach Lifestyle,” that informs future product development priorities. If “hair tangling” is a top concern, you know that messaging resonates. This system doesn't just sell — it informs the future of the brand, one interaction at a time.

Automation

Listening at Scale.
From Broadcasts to Conversations.

Mass marketing can be efficient, but it lacks care. By utilizing data from the Quiz System, we fracture the audience into micro-segments — delivering hyper-relevant narratives that make each customer feel seen, understood, and served.

The “Boss Babe” Segment

Trigger: Selects “Bold” style + “Career” lifestyle.
Narrative: Empowerment, statement pieces, the confidence to lead. Every email reinforces her identity as a leader who chooses accessories intentionally.

The “Active Life” Segment

Trigger: Selects “Beach/Outdoors” + “Floating” interest.
Narrative: Utility, durability, freedom. Content about adventures, not just accessories. Messaging that mirrors how she actually lives.

The “Conscious” Segment

Trigger: Selects “Sustainable Materials” priority.
Narrative: The plant-based Rilsan story, ethical manufacturing, impact with every purchase. Validation of her values through the product.

From Transactions to Relationships

Once segmented, the system takes over. Automated email flows speak directly to the user's self-identified identity. We're no longer “selling sunglasses” — we're validating their lifestyle choices through the product. This is the difference between a transaction and a relationship — and it is what builds the kind of loyalty that compounds into lifetime customer value year after year.

Artificial Intelligence

Intelligent Customer Support.
A Brand Ambassador, Not a Bot.

The current standard — offline chatbots and delayed responses — creates friction. We replace this with an AI agent engineered not just for accuracy, but for nuance. This system gives you back your most valuable resource: time.

The Proscris Standard

I don't build “support bots.” I build brand ambassadors. The system is trained on the nuances of human communication. It detects frustration and responds with de-escalation. It detects enthusiasm and mirrors the energy. It transforms a transaction into a relationship — at 3 AM on a Tuesday, just as effectively as noon on a Saturday.

Infinite Availability

Whether it's 2 AM in New York or 2 PM in London, the quality of support remains constant. The system scales to handle Black Friday spikes without a drop in quality or accuracy. No more “Sorry, we're closed.”

Contextual Memory

The AI remembers. If a customer asked about Tangle-Free aviators last week, the system recalls this preference. It creates a continuity of care that feels personal — because it is. Every conversation builds on the last.

Functional Capabilities

Order Tracking
Instant status updates without human intervention.
Stylist Consultation
Recommends frames based on face shape + style data.
Returns Management
Guides the user through the process seamlessly.
Brand Storytelling
Educates users on sustainability, mission, and values.
Collaboration

The Collaborative Opportunity.
Your Expertise. Our Architecture.

The AI chatbot infrastructure is built and live inside the app. But to make it truly exceptional requires collaboration — extracting your expertise, the knowledge you've accumulated about what frames flatter which faces, what questions customers really ask, what objections need addressing.

✨ Knowledge Transfer, Not Just Service Delivery

Here's what excites me about that process: I'd enjoy sharing what I know about AI with you. Not just implementing it — walking through how large language models actually work, how to fine-tune them, how to think about prompts and personas. This is a genuine two-way exchange, not a vendor relationship.

Your Expertise

Years of knowledge about what frames flatter which faces. Thousands of customer interactions. Deep understanding of the objections, the hesitations, and the moments of delight that define the TopFoxx experience.

My Architecture

The technical infrastructure to capture, structure, and deploy that expertise at scale. Fine-tuned prompting, persona design, conversation flows, and integration with your Shopify ecosystem.

The Combined Result

An AI that doesn't just answer questions — it sells with your voice, handles objections with your wisdom, and leaves every customer feeling like they spoke to you personally. At any hour. At any volume.

Business Model

The Home Try-On Program.
Removing the Last Remaining Doubt.

The AI Try-On solves the digital confidence gap. But there's an opportunity to go further — to create a complete validation journey that eliminates doubt entirely and creates a premium buying experience that competitors cannot easily replicate.

The Concept

What if customers could try on their top 3 AI-validated frames at home before committing? The virtual try-on narrows down their choices with confidence. The home experience seals the deal. It's not either/or — it's a funnel where each stage removes more doubt, moving the customer from uncertainty to conviction.

1

AI Narrowing

Customer uses AI Try-On to narrow down to their top 3 favorites — already confident in how each frame looks on their face before a single pair ships.

2

Home Experience

Ship all 3 frames for a 5-day home experience. Try them in real light, real life, real context — the final validation before commitment.

3

Keep & Return

Keep the ones they love, return the rest — zero doubt remaining. A buyer who has worn the product in real life is not a return risk for what they keep.

Why This Model Works

Warby Parker built a billion-dollar company on home try-on. But they don't have the AI advantage you would. By pre-qualifying selections with virtual try-on first, you dramatically reduce logistics costs while increasing conversion rates on the physical kit.

Risk Mitigation

Customers who request home try-on kits are already highly qualified buyers. They've seen themselves in the frames via AI. They're not browsing — they're deciding. The home experience is the final confirmation, not the discovery phase.

Context

The Strategic Landscape.
Where TopFoxx Fits — and Where It Should Lead.

Market positioning isn't accidental — it's designed. TopFoxx's place in the landscape should be carved out deliberately, based on what makes the brand genuinely different from every competitor in the category.

The DTC Shift

Direct-to-Consumer brands are eroding traditional retail by 15% annually. The winners are those who can replicate the in-store high-touch experience online. AI try-on + intelligent support is that bridge — and the window to own it is still open.

The “Fit” Problem

63% of women report fit issues with online eyewear. This is the single largest barrier to scale in the category. Solving this via technology isn't a feature — it's a market-winning move that the entire industry has failed to address at scale.

Conscious Consumption

The modern consumer demands alignment of values. TopFoxx's plant-based materials + Woman-Owned status provides narrative advantage that is genuinely rare. The systems amplify what's already true about the brand.

Competitive Positioning

Warby Parker owns “Convenience.” Quay owns “Fast Fashion.” TopFoxx has the potential to own “Empowered Intelligence” — sunglasses engineered for women who value both style and substance, supported by a system that respects their time and individuality. Not competing on price. Competing on understanding. That positioning, once owned, is extremely difficult to displace.

Completed Deliverable

The Technical SEO Audit
Is Already Done.

This is not a proposal to audit the site. The crawl is complete, the analysis is written, and the full report is attached to this application separately. What follows is the executive summary only — the page-by-page findings, keyword tables, and prioritized fix list live in the report itself.

Status: Delivered

Full crawl data, keyword ranking analysis, backlink profile review, and a prioritized remediation list — documented and ready to action on day one. No discovery phase required.

What's Already Working

The foundation is genuinely strong. TopFoxx ranks top-10 for high-intent long-tail terms that competitors pay heavily to reach — a result of years of brand building and organic affiliate backlinks.

  • Plant-based & sustainable frame terms
  • Face-shape queries — round, oval, heart, square
  • Colorway long-tail — rose gold, white mirror
  • The longer the phrase, the higher the rank — a clear signal of topical authority

What the Crawl Flagged

The gaps are technical, specific, and fixable in days rather than quarters.

  • Missing H1 tags and thin meta descriptions
  • Collection pages lacking face-shape copy
  • Product title and URL inconsistencies splitting authority
  • Structured data and schema coverage gaps

Read the Full Report

Every finding above is documented in depth — crawl evidence, affected URLs, the specific correction, and a priority ranking — in the technical SEO audit attached alongside this playbook, and posted in full below.

The Outcome

Assets, Not Hours.
Systems That Work While You Sleep.

The listing describes wanting someone who does more with a lean budget and treats the business like their own. The way I deliver that is by building infrastructure rather than billing time — assets that compound in value while requiring less attention as they mature.

Time Reclaimed

Automating the repetitive questions — “Does this fit me?” “Where is my order?” — saves the team hundreds of hours annually. That is capacity redirected to strategy and creative rather than triage.

Sustainable Growth

Scaling usually means breaking things. With systems doing execution, the operation handles 10× the volume without 10× the headcount — exactly the constraint a lean budget imposes.

Real Attribution

Building measurement so ad spend is guided by data instead of assumption. You cannot improve ROAS, CAC, or LTV without knowing which creative and channel actually produced the sale.

On Structure

I am flexible on how this is structured. Whether it ends up as the full-time role as posted or a fractional arrangement, my approach does not change: build the infrastructure first, let the team operate on top of it, and stop the business from depending on any one person's hours to grow. If performance-based upside is part of the package, I welcome it — I would rather be paid on what the work produces.

The Stack

System Architecture.
Simplicity Is the Ultimate Sophistication.

Leonardo da Vinci said: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” We don't overcomplicate — we connect. Here is how the ecosystem functions as a unified whole, each component communicating with the others to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

Core Platform

Visual Engine
AI Try-On

Intelligent Chatbot
Intelligence
Quiz + Segmentation
Nurture
Klaviyo Automation

Unified Data Layer: Customer behavior flows seamlessly between all components, creating a single source of truth that improves every touchpoint over time.

The System Gets Smarter Over Time

Every quiz completion, every try-on session, every chatbot conversation, and every email click feeds back into the unified data layer. The recommendations improve. The segments sharpen. The content becomes more relevant. The system does not plateau — it compounds. That is the difference between a tool and an infrastructure.

Timeline

Moving at the Speed of Now.
From Zero to Live in 7 Days.

One thing I've learned working with AI tools is that traditional timelines no longer apply. Tasks that used to take weeks can happen in days. I mention this because I find it genuinely exciting — and I want you to understand what's possible right now.

What This Means Practically

The AI Try-On app I built? That was a single day of focused work. If you're ready, the app could be live on your site within 24 hours. The next chapter of TopFoxx could start tomorrow — not next quarter, not after a planning cycle. Tomorrow.

Day 1 — Go Live
AI Try-On app integrated. Shopify connected. Customers try frames immediately.
Integrate the AI Try-On app directly into the TopFoxx site. Connect to Shopify catalog live. Your customers can start virtually trying on frames the same day. Zero disruption to your existing site, zero downtime required.
Days 2–3 — Quick Wins
SEO cleanup live. Quiz system deployed. Compounding immediately.
Fix the H1 tags, meta descriptions, and artifact pages identified in the crawl. Deploy the quiz system with the first three customer segments. These improvements compound from the moment they're live — there is no waiting period required before they begin generating value.
Days 4–5 — Collaborative Training
AI chatbot trained with your expertise. Collection pages enriched.
Working together to extract your knowledge — what frames flatter which faces, what questions customers really ask, what objections need addressing — and train the AI chatbot with that expertise. Collection page content enrichment begins for face-shape-specific guidance that improves both SEO and conversion.
Days 6–7 — Integration
Quiz data flows into email segmentation. Pieces work as one system.
Connect quiz segment data to Klaviyo automation flows. Implement seasonal page strategy. The components — try-on, quiz, chatbot, email — begin operating as a unified system rather than isolated tools. The data layer activates and the feedback loop begins.
The Long Game

Beyond Day 7.
What the System Becomes Over Time.

The 7-day sprint gets everything live and running. What happens in the weeks and months that follow is where the compounding begins — where the data starts informing decisions, the segments sharpen, and the flywheel accelerates on its own momentum.

Month 1–2: Calibration

Data begins flowing. Quiz results reveal the true distribution of customer segments. AI chatbot handles first wave of real conversations. SEO fixes begin indexing. The system learns from its first thousand real interactions.

Month 3–6: Acceleration

Segment-specific email flows are producing measurably different conversion rates. AI try-on referrals appear in social analytics. Face-shape collection pages begin claiming top-10 positions for newly targeted keywords.

Month 6–18: Compounding

The system is largely self-sustaining. Recommendations improve automatically. New products integrate seamlessly into the AI catalog. Customer lifetime value data informs the next product development cycle. The $1M+ impact materializes.

The Timeline Is a Possibility — The Pace Is Yours

Everything described here is achievable on these timelines because the tools and the architecture already exist. The actual pace depends on your availability and your readiness to move. I'm simply sharing what's achievable when the tools and the will align. Some founders want to move fast. Others want to be methodical. Both work. What doesn't work is waiting indefinitely — because every week is another week a competitor could claim the positioning that should belong to TopFoxx.

How I Think

What Jiu-Jitsu Taught Me
About Building Things.

The most useful education I've had didn't happen in a classroom. It happened on a mat, over years, learning discipline, respect, and humility the hard way.

Jiu-Jitsu dissolves ego. Status and title don't survive contact. The mat is the great equalizer — you either have the skill or you don't, and you find out immediately. Very few environments give feedback that honest, that often.

It also demands discipline. Showing up night after night, especially the nights you'd rather not, especially against people better than you, is what actually builds skill. There's no shortcut and no talking your way into it — only the hours.

And it teaches genuine respect. Every training partner and every professor has earned their position through actual time on the mat, not through credentials or claims. You learn to respect people for what they've actually done.

The Discomfort Is the Privilege

To learn the art, you volunteer to be thrown, pinned, and tapped out, repeatedly, for the privilege of getting slightly better. That's perseverance — staying in a losing position long enough to learn something from it instead of quitting. Most people don't stay long enough to discover that the discomfort is the actual mechanism of growth, not a sign to stop.

Once the skill lands, you operate on a different level. You get calmer under pressure, less reactive, more willing to stay in uncomfortable positions — because you've learned they're survivable, and usually informative.

When It Finally Clicks

Anyone who trains long enough knows the moment. After years of getting worked, the techniques stop being separate moves you're consciously stringing together and just become one feel for the position — you stop fighting the mat and start moving through it. I've had that same moment with business. The last three years I put in a comparable stretch on my own terms, often eighteen-hour days, going as deep into AI and systems as I once went into technique, and at some point it clicked the same way.

That confidence comes from the same place the humility does — knowing exactly what I've earned through the reps, nothing more. It's also why most of what's in this playbook isn't a plan. It's already built and already live.

I later built OpenMat.ai for that community — a business OS and social network for academies and practitioners — because it is a world I actually came from rather than a market I identified.

Culture & Alignment

Leaving Things Better Than I Found Them.

That same mindset — discipline, respect, perseverance — is what I try to carry into how I work with people, not just how I train. The measure I hold myself to on any project or relationship is simple: leave it better than I found it.

How That Shows Up in Practice

Treating collaborators, clients, and teammates with the same respect earned on the mat. Doing the unglamorous maintenance work and following through after the exciting part is done. Aiming for every person and every project I touch to be in a better position after than before — a teammate who improved, a business that runs cleaner, a system that outlasts me.

On Culture

I've come to believe companies who hire for genuine alignment go further than companies who hire for a resume, and that's the basis I'm applying on. I put a lot of heart into what I build, and I'd rather work with people whose values I actually share than optimize for a title.

On Trusting the Person Leading the Work

Whoever leads a team is asking people to trust their judgment and their vision, not just their skill set. I think that kind of trust deserves transparency in both directions. If you want a fuller picture of who I am — where I came from, how I think, and the philosophy behind the way I work — it's at proscris.com/about/founder-robert-szopa, and a more personal page covering my background and what I'm building is at robertszopa.com.

Track Record

What Else I've Built.

Context on where the TopFoxx app came from. Across all of these I am the builder, the marketer, and the person architecting the systems underneath. Each is designed to eventually run without additional headcount — the same standard I would bring here.

Gym Spotter

My primary venture, several years in. A full AI business OS for the fitness equipment industry spanning a consumer marketplace, a B2B operating system for dealers and operators, and a verified professional network — built on fifteen years inside that industry and a proprietary database.

DEEPdormir

A sleep apnea and dentistry venture in four connected parts: a patient app, a provider directory with built-in CRM, an AI services layer for practices, and a consumer content hub. Each layer feeds the next.

Fazzino's Pizza

The one most relevant here. I reverse-engineered the UX of every major delivery app and built a pizzeria an ordering system that works better for their use case — which they own outright instead of renting and paying commission on. Same instinct as the TopFoxx app: owning your customer experience beats renting it.

Connections I'd Bring

Beauty: A close friend owns Manhattan Beauty, Beauty 35, and Glamorous — 30 years in retail, early backer of NYX.
Media: Long Island Press relationships and access to the Hamptons circuit.
Events: Long Island's leading wedding and events planner — a path into luxury gifting.

Why the Cross-Domain Experience Matters

Working across fitness, medical, food service, and software gives an interdisciplinary read on how businesses actually make money and where margin leaks. The best solution to a problem in one industry is often something nobody in another industry has thought to try. Applying that to a DTC fashion brand is genuinely why this role interests me.

The Ask

What I'm Asking For.

I am asking to be considered for the Digital Marketing & Creative Lead position, and for the chance to walk through this work in person. Everything in this document was built before any conversation took place, because I would rather demonstrate capability than assert it.

What Is Already Delivered
  • A working application — live at topfoxx.app, not a mockup
  • A completed technical SEO audit — attached, with a prioritized fix list
  • A full video walkthrough — documented end to end
  • This strategic playbook — the reasoning behind all of it
What I'd Bring to the Role
  • Creative volume at scale — multi-ICP testing across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Organic growth — technical SEO and landing page work that lowers CAC
  • Real attribution — ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV measured properly
  • Systems and automation — so output is not capped by headcount
  • AI training for the team — capability that stays after any one person leaves

On Compensation

I am comfortable with the structure as posted, including the performance-based component — being measured on results is how I prefer to work. If there is appetite to tie part of the upside to revenue the systems directly produce, I am open to that conversation. Either way, it is a discussion for an interview rather than a condition of this application.

A Low-Pressure Next Step

No formality needed. If it is easier, I would be glad to grab a coffee and go for a walk — low commitment, and honestly a better way to find out whether we work well together than a structured interview. My commute to Midwood is about ten minutes, so being on-site is genuinely easy.

What's Next

Two Ways to Take This Further.

A Final Word.

Most applications describe what someone would do if hired. This one shows what was already done before anyone was asked.

When I look at TopFoxx I see it clearly — the technical issues that can be corrected quickly, the traffic and attention being left on the table, and several directions this brand could grow that nobody has touched yet. The app, the audit, and this playbook are the first three. There are more.

Why I Built It First

Because it is the most honest form of a resume. Anyone can claim they understand a brand's problems. Building a working solution on your own time, before any conversation, is a harder thing to fake — and it tells you more about how someone works than any interview answer would.

“Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.”
