Digital Purchase Policy

1. Digital Products (Guides, Templates, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, **all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.**

Once you have been granted access to the product, we cannot revoke it. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and prevent the misuse of our digital goods. We thank you for your understanding.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions (SaaS, Retainers, etc.)

Our digital services are typically billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Recurring Payments: You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
• No Refunds for Partial Periods: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
• Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Service will continue until the end of the current paid period.
• Unused Time: Unused service time, consulting hours, or usage quotas from a billing period do not roll over to the next period.

3. Additional Costs and Fees

Certain services may involve additional costs beyond the base subscription or service fee. These will be clearly outlined in your specific service agreement but may include:

• Usage-Based Fees: Costs associated with exceeding certain usage limits (e.g., API calls, data storage).
• Third-Party Costs: Management or commission fees on advertising spend (e.g., Meta or Google Ads), which are separate from the ad spend itself paid directly to the platform.
• Integration Fees: One-time costs for complex, custom integrations with third-party software.
