Physical Goods & Returns Policy
This policy outlines the terms for physical products recommended or sold through Proscris.
1. Affiliate Link Purchases
We may recommend products and provide affiliate links to third-party vendor websites (e.g., Amazon). When you purchase through an affiliate link, your transaction is directly with that vendor.
- Separate Policies: All returns, exchanges, shipping inquiries, and product issues must be handled directly with the third-party vendor according to their specific policies.
- No Liability: Proscris is not a party to these transactions and holds no liability for the product, its delivery, or its condition. We only recommend products we believe in, but the final responsibility lies with the vendor.
2. Products Purchased Directly from Proscris
For physical goods procured and sold directly by us, the following terms apply:
- No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any physical products purchased directly from us. All sales are final in this regard.
- Exchanges for Damaged Goods: If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange for the exact same item. To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with proof of the damage (e.g., a photograph).
- Store Credit: If you wish to return an item that is not damaged, or if an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion. The item must be returned to us in its original, unopened condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a credit equal to the purchase price (minus original shipping) will be issued to your account for future purchases of products or services.
