Inside your mounted folder, this app creates PROSCRIS/META ADS HQ, then one campaign subfolder per workspace slot below. Each campaign folder holds its own Campaigns/Ad sets/Ads CSVs plus all its creative images in the folder root — the app auto-loads both and lets you map each image to a specific ad.

Connection Mode

WordPress AI Connector (recommended) Uses WordPress 7.0's built-in Connectors API (Settings -> Connectors in wp-admin). Your Gemini key never touches this page - it stays server-side and is proxied through a small REST route. Direct Gemini API Key (local testing) Paste a Gemini API key below. It's stored only in this browser's localStorage and called directly from the page - fine for local testing, not recommended for a shared/public site.

REST Endpoint

This calls a small custom REST route (PHP snippet provided separately) which internally uses wp_ai_client_prompt() pointed at your Google connector. Set Gemini 3.5 Flash as that connector's model in Settings -> Connectors in wp-admin.

The assistant only ever sees the ad data currently loaded in this dashboard (campaigns, ad sets, ads, insights, targeting) - nothing is sent anywhere except your chosen provider when you send a chat message.

How the Workspace Works

Mount any folder on your computer once. This app auto-creates PROSCRIS/META ADS HQ inside it (Proscris' standard convention for every tool built here), then one subfolder per campaign you add below.

Put a campaign's Campaigns.csv, Ad sets.csv, Ads.csv (from Meta Ads Manager -> Reports -> Export table data) directly in that campaign's subfolder, along with any creative images (.jpg/.png/.webp) in the same folder root. The app reads both automatically, and you can have as many campaign folders as you want — each is parsed independently so identical ad/ad-set names across different campaigns never collide.

Since Meta's raw exports have no ID column linking rows across levels, this dashboard groups Ads -> Ad Sets -> Campaigns by matching shared words in their names, per folder. Anything unmatched lands under "Unassigned / Ungrouped."

Mapping Images to Ads

Images found in a campaign folder are NOT auto-assigned to ads — Meta's CSVs don't reference filenames. Instead, open any ad's Creative tab in the right-hand panel and click Choose Image to pick from that ad's campaign-folder image library. The chosen image's unique file ID is stored against that ad, so it stays linked even after re-scanning the folder.

Note: these exports have one row per entity for the whole reporting period, so the Trend chart and Calendar will show a helpful note instead of daily bars unless you also import JSON with a daily[] array.

No day-by-day data in this import - Meta's CSV export is one row per ad for the whole reporting period. Totals are shown above; import JSON with a daily[] array for a trend line.
