No. Packs cover strategy, copywriting, scheduling and publishing only. Graphics are billed separately through the Graphic Design Packs at roughly $50 per graphic.
By page and product count. Up to 100 pages is $500 per month. Beyond 100 pages it is $1,000 per month, because more pages mean more keyword research and on-page work every month.

Every tier includes regular email correspondence, but replies are batched asynchronously every 24 to 72 hours rather than in real time.
