Everyday Documents With an AI Assistant
Turn familiar notes into clearer messages and practical plans. Use approved sources, compare versions and keep drafting separate from approval or sending.
Understand the idea before the settings
Most useful AI work starts with ordinary business material: a note, a short message, a checklist or a plan. This course helps you guide that work without programming or building a complex system.
Follow one fictional workshop invitation from rough notes to a reviewed draft. The examples are already prepared, so you can practice the decisions rather than invent a business project.
Every lesson has an immediate browser activity and two short questions. Optional real-app steps are small file or chat actions; there is no homework submission or required AI account for the browser examples.
Drafting is the focus. No activity sends email, posts to social media, connects an inbox or approves a real business statement. Those are separate actions with separate decisions and supported tools.
No command typing or programming is required. Read the prepared browser examples first. Small optional actions use existing files, ordinary-language requests and the application interface.
What this course helps you understand
- Describe a small useful document task.
- Turn rough notes into a clearer draft while preserving the facts.
- Convert a note into an actionable list without inventing owners or deadlines.
- Compare versions and verify claims against the approved source.
- Keep draft, reviewed, approved and delivered states distinct.
What you need
- A browser is enough for every written lesson and guided activity.
- The VS Code beginner course, or familiarity with opening a folder and reading a chat, helps with optional practice.
- Real-app AI actions need your own supported assistant connection; account requirements and costs depend on the provider.
Complete written lessons are available. Recorded videos have not been added.
